• Online orders: 14 days from delivery
• In-store purchases: 14 days from purchase - Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number)

Items sent back without first emailing us will not be accepted.
STORE CREDIT
All approved returns are issued as store credit
- Store credit is emailed and never expires
No exchanges — simply return for store credit and place a new order
SHIPPING
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a shipping service with tracking when returning your item

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an issue, contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@sincerelyroseboutique.com with photos so we can assist.
Damage caused by shipping carriers (USPS/UPS) must be handled directly with the carrier.
