We offer store credit on eligible returns within 14 days of purchase!

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days
    • Online orders: 14 days from delivery
    • In-store purchases: 14 days from purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number)

Items sent back without first emailing us will not be accepted.

STORE CREDIT

All approved returns are issued as store credit 

  • Store credit is emailed and never expires

No exchanges — simply return for store credit and place a new order

SHIPPING

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking when returning your item

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an issue, contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@sincerelyroseboutique.com with photos so we can assist.

Damage caused by shipping carriers (USPS/UPS) must be handled directly with the carrier.
